Next week is a VOLUME week, which will include a variety of training:

1. Low-intensity skate skiing.
2. Appalachian Gap Double-Pole (1600′ of climbing — rated a Cat 2 climb if this were the Tour de France — it is actually much more steep [15%+] than most of the Hors Categorie climbs in the TdF; it simply doesn’t cover enough distance).
3. 2-3 x 20-minute L3 ski-walking intervals.
4. Strength.
5. L4+ track intervals.
6. OD hike.
